Abstract This Law prescribes: the basic principles of urban planning and construction phase, the organization of spatial planning, spatial planning documents, the spatial information system, location conditions, technical characteristics essential for building, technical approvals and related issues, project documentation, participants in the construction, approved actions and construction choices, land use approval, monitoring and inspections, all related to the sustainable and environmentally safe and secure spatial planning on the territory of the Brcko District, autonomous part of the Federation of BIH.
