Abstract This Law regulates general conditions and manner of the system of spatial and urban planning. This text also determines the types and contents of plans, preparation and procedure for adoption of related plans, the implementation of plans and monitoring over the realization of adopted plans, supervision and other specific issues in the field of spatial and urban planning. Spatial and urban planning is a continuous process which is provided by the preparation, adoption and implementation of spatial plan and urban plans in order to provide the arrangement and humanization of space and protection and improvement of environment and nature (considered as public interest).
