Abstract This Law regulates measures for the proper management and protection of the renewable resources of the sea, methods and activities of catching, breeding, processing and traffic of fish and other marine organisms, administrative and inspection supervision, penal measures as well as other issues important for sea fishing on the territory of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
