Abstract This Law hereby regulates the necessary organizational issues, financial provisions, various task and mutual relations as regards the quality and efficient supply of water to the Montenegrin coastal areas (here defined as activity of great public interest and an indispensable condition of life and work; based on principles of: harmonization of economic and public interest; sustainable development and use of natural resources, space and environment; harmonization of interests of the state and local self-government units; and establishment of a unique technological and information system for water supply).
