Abstract This Law regulates the administrative and professional tasks related to the survey of the Republika Srpska, real estate cadastre, land cadastre, basic geodetic works, address register, real estate price register, digital archive, topographic-cartographic activity, Geoinformation System of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property- legal affairs of Republika Srpska, geospatial data infrastructure of Republika Srpska and geodetic works in engineering and technical fields. The real estate cadastre is the basic and public register of real estate and real rights to it. Immovable properties that are registered in the real estate cadastre are listed as follows: a) land (cadastral plots of agricultural, forest, construction and other land); b) above-ground and underground construction facilities (hereinafter: facilities); c) special parts of buildings that make up the construction unit (apartment, office space, garage and other buildings).
