Abstract

This Law regulates the conditions necessary for the correct work and functioning of public warehouses for the storage of agricultural products on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, including the conditions and manner of issuing permits for the operation of public warehouses, as well additional conditions for their use (responsibility of public warehouses, as well as the establishment of the compensation fund).
