Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1977.
Abstract

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that municipalities are responsible for the building and running of efficient public sewage disposal facilities. Article 2 contains the definition of «waste water», «public sewage disposal facilities», «collective sewage disposal systems», etc. The text consists of 31 articles divided into 6 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Connection to sewage disposal facilities (2); Establishment, maintenance and servicing of facilities (3); Subsidies to sewage disposals (4); Fees for use of sewers (5); Penalties and final provisions (6).
