Abstract

Article 1 establishes that the following are part of public land: public waters, such as lakes, rivers and other watererways; b) mines; c) land that cannot be cultivated, such as rocks, landslides, glaciers, snowfields; d) land underground; e) newly formed land and f) al other things in common use, such as roads and squares for example. The text consists of 33 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Elements and limits (II); Purchase and extinction of state owned land (III); Use (IV); Taxes and subsidies (V); Squatting and procedures (VI); Final and transitional provisions (VII).
