Abstract

The present Law establishes legal, economic and social basis for the protection of the consumers of produce and service. This Law regards natural persons – entrepreneurs, enterprises, organizations and institutions, irrespectively of the form of property, departmental or sectorial subordination and covers all types of activity, concerns citizens of Turkmenistan, foreign citizens and stateless persons operating on the territory of Turkmenistan.
