This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law includes a set of measures and actions to be taken in order to detect and prevent the threats of natural disasters, fire, technical and technological co-accident, chemical accidents and /or incidents, biological, nuclear and radiological contamination, terrorism, epidemic, epizootic, epiphytotic and other accidents, as well as the issues regarding the rescue of citizens and of the material goods endangered on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
