Entry into force notes: This Law enters into force on the day of the Croatian accession to the European Union.

Abstract: This Law, with the aim of food origin and quality compliance data collection, reporting, protection and control, further determines several issues related to food labelling and food labels such as protected designations of origin, protected designations of geographical origin and guaranteed traditional specialties of agricultural and food products (national food symbols/marks).
