The Law enters into force from the date of its official promulgation.
Abstract

The present Law determines legal basis for ensuring priority development of ethnic villages, rural areas and agro-industrial complex for the purpose of improvement of provision of the population with food and agricultural commodities (art. 1). The present Law is applicable to rural areas, cattle breeding and peasant farms, settlements and district inhabited areas whose population is prevalently engaged in agricultural production, processing, storage and trade of agricultural commodities (art. 2)
