Abstract The purpose of this Law is to prevent price increases and shortages of some main types of commodities and products caused by the international crisis, and to deal with the problem of reducing the negative effects in a special manner. It shall be applicable to the following agricultural commodities: (a) oils; (b) flour; and (c) meat. Mongolbank shall take the following measures to prevent price increases and shortages of some of the main types of commodities and products specified in this law, in order to reduce negative effects, and to create necessary reserves, shall provide meat and flour stockpiling and supply stability to meat processing and flour producing enterprises with discounted financing required for working capital through bank sources.
