This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law regulates the health status of plants, determines the measures and commitments aimed to prevent the occurrence, introduction and spread of harmful organisms in plants, defines and regulates all plant products, regulates the biological plant protection and additional practices in this sector, also governing the data collection and exchange of data and Plant Information systems issues, regulates public services in the field of plant health and plant protection, determines the bodies responsible for the implementation of the prescribed rules, practices and inspection duties (on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
