Abstract The present Law implements and completes the federal legislation on navigation. Article 1 establishes that public waters may be used by everybody for navigation purposes. Article 2 specifies that the Great Council shall regulate the navigation on border waters through agreements to be made with other river cantons and states. The text consists of 4 articles.
