Abstract The present Law aims at the conservation, protection and safeguard of landscapes and cultural monuments. Article 2 establishes that residents of the Canton and communities - together with owners as well as users - shall ensure the protection, conservation and maintenance of cultural monuments as part of the cultural heritage.
