Abstract This Law governs the conditions and procedures for the registration of marks and geographical indications, the rights arising therefrom and the protection of those rights. The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry registers the producers of agricultural and food products and the protected geographical indications for entering thereof in the European Register of Protected Geographical Indications.
