Abstract This Law regulates the management of natural and cultural heritage in the Ohrid region inscribed on the World Natural and Cultural Heritage List of the Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage of the United Nations within the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO Convention). The Law further determines the rights and obligations of the Republic of Macedonia, of the municipalities of Ohrid, Struga and Debarca, as well as the rights and duties of the legal and natural persons in relation to the management of the world natural and cultural heritage in the Ohrid region.
