Abstract

The purpose of this Law is to determine the legal basis for the organization and operation of government agencies and to regulate relations connected therewith. The Agency is a state administrative organization that has the function of implementing policies in the appropriate field and scope of the Government's activities at the national level. Government may have agencies with regulatory and enforcement functions. The Agency shall deal with the following common issues: (a) to organize and ensure fulfillment of laws, presidential decrees, government and ministerial decisions within the framework and sector; (b) to promote relevant laws, presidential decrees, government and ministerial decisions, study the practices that are used, develop suggestions for improvement and submit them to the minister; (c) to prepare proposals for the draft of the budget statement with reason and calculation; (d) to prepare the agency's long-term and medium-term strategic plans, main directions, and budget drafts in accordance with the conditions and grounds specified in the law, and submit them to the general budget portfolio; and (e) specific matters to be handled by the Agency shall be determined by the Government's decision if authorized by laws and regulations.
