Abstract This Law regulates the lease relations, establishing the objects and subjects of lease relations, their rights and obligations. The following can be leased: land and other natural resources, enterprises, organizations, units of enterprises and organizations, buildings, installations, premises, agricultural and other machinery, transportation means, inventory, instruments, other material goods. The lease agreement for land and other natural resources upon parties consent may contain: a). characteristics of the natural environment, land and other natural resources; b). extent to which these are used; c). technological requirements on their use; d). land recultivation conditions; e). compensation payments in case of excluding the land and other natural resources from the circuit; f). protection conditions for adjacent natural resources; g). industrial waste amount and depositing procedure; h). maximum admissible standards on impacting the environment; j). other conditions which do not contradict the law. The document consists of III Chapters that contain 25 Articles. Chapter I (arts. 1-6) lays down general provisions. Chapter II (Arts.7-21) regards lease agreement.
