The present Law enters into force on 1 January 1999.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to regulate land use planning in the Canton of Schaffhausen. The text consists of 92 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Introductory provisions (A); Planning of the Canton (B); Provisions and planning of local authorities (C); Cantonal building regulations (D); Old buildings and plants, exceptions and concessions (E), Concessions proceedings (F); Compensation, contributions and fees (G); Implementing transitional and final provisions (H).
