Abstract

This Law regulates the procedural conditions, manners and dynamics of the implementation of the Spatial Plan of the Republic of Macedonia, the rights and responsibilities of entities in the implementation of the Spatial Plan, financing and overseeing the implementation of the Spatial Plan. The Spatial Plan, as the highest, long-term and integral document, has a permanent value. The implementation of the Spatial Plan is provided by the competent ministry for spatial planning matters. The Plan is implemented by preparing and adopting spatial plans and regional plans, spatial plans for areas of special interest and spatial plans of the municipalities and the city of Skopje, as well as urban plans and other documentation for spatial planning and arrangement.
