This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law regulates the general and detailed conditions and manner of recognition of useful materials for the production of reproductive material of forest trees, including its classification, production, processing control, finishing, quality, marketing and use of reproductive material of forest trees on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
