Part of the provisions of the 20.2. in art. 10.1.4 shall enter into force on 1 January 2014. Abstract This Law, consisting of 6 Chapters, aims to regulate quality, nutritious and sustainable food, access to safe food needs arising from food production activities. The scope of the Law is to regulate basic food associated with food products. The Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Food Supply (Chap. II); Requirements for food production activities (Chap. III); Food safety, Records and insurance (Chap. IV); National Food Security Council (Chap. V); Other Provisions (Chap. VI).
