Abstract This Law provides a complete set of rules aimed to regulate and define the fishing waters and all activities that can be performed, the correct and sustainable policies and measures for the use of fishing waters and fish fund, commercial fishing, sport fishing, aquaculture, protection of fish stock in fishing waters, fishery records, supervision and other issues related to the use of fishing waters and fisheries sector on the territory of the Republic of Srpska.
