Entry into force notes
The present Law enters into force on 1 January 1978.
Abstract

According to Article 1 the Canton shall conserve and take care of waters being a living space for fish, crayfish and amphibians. The text consists of 31 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: Purpose of the Law (I); Special fishing rights (II); Transfer of special fishing rights to the State (III); Exercise of fisheries (IV); Special measures (V); Fishing authorizations (VI); Proceedings for special fisheries (VII); Penalties and implementing provisions (VIII); Final provisions (IX).
