Abstract This Law regulates fees for the use of public goods, namely: payer, basis, amount, method of determination and payment, allocation of income from the fee, as well as other issues of importance for the determination and payment of fees for the use of public goods. Compensation is public revenue charged for the use of a certain public good; public good is natural wealth, i.e. good of general interest. This Law introduces fees for the use of public goods, namely: 1) fees for geological research; 2) fees for using resources and reserves of mineral raw materials; 3) fees for the use of energy and energy sources; 4) compensation for changing the use of agricultural land; 5) fees for changing the purpose and use of forests and forest land; 6) compensation for the use of game species protected by fallowing; 7) fees for water; 8) fees for environmental protection; 9) fees for navigation and use of ports, piers and navigation safety facilities on the state waterway; 10) fees for using public roads; 11) fees for the use of public railway infrastructure; 12) fee for using public space; 13) compensation for the use of a natural healing factor; 14) fee for the use of tourist space; 15) fees for electronic communications.
