The present Law enters into force on 9 April 2004.
Abstract

The present Law implements article 89 of the Law on waters of 25 Novembe 1999. In particular, the Law fixes the amount of fees to be paid for special use of public waters, such as groundwater, drinking water, water for power stations, etc. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Fees in general (1); Minimum fees (2); Concession fees (3); Office charges (4); Adjustment of tariff (5); Transitional provisions (6); Final provisions (7).
