Abstract This Law establishes the necessary conditions for performing agricultural economic activity and related supplementary activities carried out on family agricultural holdings present and registered as such on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Family farming is here defined as a strategically important organizational form of agriculture. This text is divided into thirteen Chapters and a total of 53 articles.
