Abstract

Article 1 establishes that the Canton has the sovereign right to extract minerals listed in this article. The extraction of other mineral resources is left within the framework of the legal system to land owners or holder of rights of use. The text consists of 64 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Exploration and development (II); Exploitation (III); Fees and charges (IV); Legal remedies, disputes, contraventions (V); Cooperation with other Cantons (VI); Final provisions (VII).
