The present Law enters into force on 1 January 2014.
Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the extraction of mineral resources and the sound use of the subsoil. It aims, in line with the public interest to ensure the sound use of natural resources and the subsoil. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Authorization (2); Concession (3); Special facilities (4); Expiry of licence and concession (5); Concession fee (6); Legal protection and penalties (7); Final provisions (8).
