The law determines the ownership rights, dispute resolution mechanism, valuation of properties, compensation, and resettlement of affected people in the project route. According to the Law, any dispute regarding the lands affected by the project will be resolved through the Property Recognition Board, and in the case of disagreement with the board’s decision, the dispute will be referred to the court.
