This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (and fully applied six months after that).
Abstract

This Law regulates the necessary operations and management of various emergency situations; also defining the system of protection and rescue of people, material and cultural property and the environment from natural disasters, technical technological accidents and disasters caused by terrorism, war and other major accidents.
