This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law regulates the functioning of the electricity sector, power generation activities, the development of the electricity market, market regulation, the general conditions for delivery of the electricity, planning and development, construction, reconstruction and maintenance of electric power facilities, monitoring of Law enforcement and other issues of importance for electrical power business sector and related activities on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
