Abstract This Law establishes that cooperative shall be intended voluntary association of natural and legal persons with a view of rendering services for the purpose of improvement of economic efficiency of its members. In particular, agricultural cooperatives shall render services to the producers of agricultural commodities without direct involvement in the agricultural production. Cooperative shall be considered constituted from the date of its registration by the competent state body.
