Abstract This Law regulates the granting of concessions of goods of general interest and agreement for establishing a public-private partnership, legal rights-procedures and legal protection for each person who has or had an interest in obtaining such contract and who risked or risks to be damaged in the procedure for awarding such contracts, as well other issues related to general interest concessions and contracts for establishing related public-private partnership. The purpose of this Law is to enable engagement for financing the concession of goods of general interest and an agreement for the establishment of a public-private partnership based on the principles of equality, transparency, non-discrimination, proportionality, mutual recognition, environmental protection and efficiency in the procedure for concluding a concession agreement for general interest goods and agreement for establishing a public-private partnership, as well as quality and efficient performance of the works and services from the concluded contract for concession and the agreement for establishing public-private partnership.
