Abstract This Law establishes general basic principles of compliance assessment in the regulated sphere and accreditation system in either regulated or unregulated sphere. The scope of this Law shall be to ensure harmonized modalities of compliance assessment of products, processes and services in line with the acts of the European Union and international legislation. It shall be applicable to all natural and legal persons applying for compliance assessment of products, processes and services.
