This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The purpose of this Law is to provide compensation for damage to or loss of personal life and health, environmental and historical and cultural quality, or property and economic interests caused by unintentional release of hazardous substances into the environment. It does not apply to hazardous substances used for consumer purposes. Except as otherwise provided in this law, the persons in charge shall be obligated to pay compensation for harm caused by the exposure of any person or place to any
