Abstract

The purpose of this Law is to protect consumers of fertilizers from the use of poor quality fertilizers, which are dangerous to human and animal health and to the environment, as well as to ensure identical requirements for natural persons and legal persons who perform activities with fertilizers. This Law shall not apply to: (a) sewage sludge if such sludge is used as a fertilizer the utilisation of which is regulated by regulatory enactments regarding utilisation, monitoring and control of sew
