Abstract The following amendments and addenda are introduced into the Law on investment activities: 1. The first issue of the Article 2 acquires a new wording: “investment activity means the totality of practical actions of state, natural and legal persons in realization of investments.” The second paragraph of the second issue of the Article 2 acquires a new wording: “of investing, carried out by the natural persons, economic associations, firms and companies and also by other legal persons of Turkmenistan, regardless of the form of property.” The fifth paragraph of the second issue of the Article 2 acquires a new wording: “of joint investing, carried out by Turkmenistan and foreign states, legal and natural persons and also by stateless persons”. 2. The first issue of the Article 5 acquires a new wording: “Relations, connected with the realization of investment activity in Turkmenistan are regulated by the present Law and by other legislative acts of Turkmenistan.” Full text English References - Legislation Amends Law on investment activities (1992).
