Abstract

This Law sets general terms and rules as regards the agricultural land consolidation on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Consolidation of agricultural land is carried out for the purpose of consolidation of property and cadastral parcels into larger and more regular, for their more economical and rational use, creation of more favorable conditions for development of agricultural production, for establishment and construction of agricultural roads, water structures for land reclamation and construction and other works on arranging land intended for agriculture. Land consolidation is a set of administrative and technical procedures by which small and fragmented areas of agricultural land are united into larger and more regulated ones, road and canal networks are regulated and real and other relations on land are settled.
