The Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Law establishes that trade of foodstuffs containing pesticides, nitrates, nitrites exceeding maximum residue limits, and also other substances harmful to human health, shall entail administrative liability in the form of fine with confiscation and destruction (in case of impossibility to use otherwise) of the aforesaid foodstuffs. Administrative offences shall be examined by administrative commissions subordinated to local executive bodies. Official records of the aforesaid administrative offences shall be drawn by state sanitary authority, state veterinary authority, state standardization authority and state environmental inspection.
