Abstract The Law contains provisions on: the territorial sea (art. 4); the internal waters (art. 5); peaceful navigation in the territorial sea (art. 10); procedures for the entry of foreign ships into the internal waters and ports (art. 11). The territorial sea comprises the coastal waters of Lithuania with a breadth of twelve mils. The limits of the territorial sea shall be measured from a straight line connecting the two outermost points of the coast. The Government shall confirm the coordinates of these points. An international agreement to which Lithuania is a party may establish different limits of the territorial sea. (18 articles) Full text English
