Law of the Kingdom amending the Law of the Kingdom establishing sea border between Curaçao and Bonaire, and between Sint Maarten and Saba to implement the Treaty of Philipsburg Decision of the 27th June 2018 to proclaim the Kingdom Act of May 30, 2018, amending the Kingdom Act of July 7, 2010 establishing a maritime border between Curaçao and Bonaire, and between Sint Maarten and Saba (Stb. 2010, 342), implementing the Philipsburg until 6 April 2016 Treaty concluded between the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Government of the French Republic on maritime demarcation in the Caribbean area.

Abstract

This Law amend the sea borders as established by the aw of the Kingdom establishing sea border between Curaçao and Bonaire, and between Sint Maarten and Saba so as to give effect to the Treaty between France and the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the delimitation of marine areas of the respective coutries in the caribbean of 2016 ('accord entre le Gouvernement de la République française et le Gouvernement du Royaume des Pays-Bas relatif à la délimitation maritime dans la région des Caraïbes).
