For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 31 July 2019.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Law of Property Act. Section 1 establishes that “existing encumbrance or mortgage” means an encumbrance or mortgage that is registered and that has or will continue to have priority over or equal priority with the mortgage to be given. The text consists of 3 sections.
