Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force 90 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law consisting of 27 articles aims at protecting public health by providing for public health protection measures at ports of entry into the Kingdom. The Ministry of Health (National Contact Center) is the responsible authority for the coordination of matters relating to this Law with the WHO.
