It consists of five chapters: General provisions (I); Legal basis of protection of the sea, reservoirs and rivers (II); State management of the coastline (III); Coastal protective measures (IV); and Transitional and final provisions (V). The purpose of the Law is to manage construction activities and extraction of soil, peat and rocky layers on coastal areas.
