It consists of six chapters: General provisions (I); Location, surface area and boundaries of the protected areas of Imereti caves (II); Territorial-functional organization of the protected areas of Imereti caves (III); Management of the protected areas of Imereti caves (IV); Financing of the protected areas of Imereti caves (V); and Transitional provisions and final provisions (VI). The objectives of the Law include protection, restoration and maintenance of natural cultural environment, unique and rare organic and non-organic natural formations, archaeological complexes, and rare monuments of nature; supporting recreation and tourism in the natural and historical-cultural environment; ensuring care, protection and restoration of soil, water, fauna, flora (including forests) and other natural resources; and creating favorable conditions and monitoring education and resource activities for protection and restoration of monuments of nature.
