Abstract This Law consisting of 12 articles aims at creating a Natural Protected Area in a public properties area to preserve the wood, plant and animal wealth and prohibit cutting, investing or industrializing trees of seedlings within the area. The Law prohibits any activities potentially harmful to: soil and plants (grazing, take away and remove any yields or produces unless for scientific research); the ecosystem (setting fire, wild hunting, camping). The grasses and the wood, cut or industrialized, are confiscated and sold by auction to the benefit of the protected area committee where those materials are extracted.
