Abstract

The present Law regulates legal relations originating from turnover of firearms for official and civic use and ammunition ant their use in extreme circumstances. The document consists of 24 Articles Art. 1 determines the purpose of the Law. Article 2 introduces the main concepts. Article 3 regards turnover of firearms for official and civic use. Article 4 regards control over turnover of firearms for official and civic use. Article 5 regards certification of firearms. Article 6 regards state cadastre of firearms. Article 7 specifies subjects authorized to purchase firearms for official and civic use. Article 8 establishes the modalities of purchase of firearms for official use and its transfer for the use in accordance with the specified purpose. Article 9 regards purchase of firearms for civic use. Article 10 regards manufacturing of firearms. Article 11 regards import of firearms. Article 12 establishes the particulars of import and export of firearms. Article 13 regards trade of firearms. Article 14 regards donation of inheritance of firearms for civic use. Article 15 regards registration, storage, carrying, transportation, sending, use in accordance with the established purposes and annihilation of firearms. Article 16 regards use of firearms. Article 17 regards collection and exhibition of civic firearms. Article 18 regards cancellation of the documents on purchase, storage, carrying and use in accordance with the established modalities of firearms for official and civic use. Article 19 revoking of firearms. Article 20 establishes the rights and the duties of the user of firearms for official use. Article 21 establishes the rights and the duties of the owner of civic firearms. Article 22 establishes the rights and the duties of the enterprises manufacturing firearms for official and civic use. Article 23 establishes the duties of the enterprises authorized to sell firearms for official and civic use. Article 24 establishes liability for the infringement of the legislation on firearms.
